Cancellation & Refund Policy

As Chakra Balance provides remote services and digital gift cards, there are no physical products to return.

Session cancellations and rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.

Chakra Balance Healing Series
If you are unable to complete your four-session Healing Series, please contact us to discuss your circumstances. Any approved refund for unused sessions will take into account sessions already provided.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by law. Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase and may be used in accordance with the terms applicable to Chakra Balance services.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
