By purchasing or using a Chakra Balance service, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services
Chakra Balance provides remote energy healing services for general wellbeing, energetic balance and complementary support. Our approach is grounded primarily in Pranic Energy Healing and may incorporate other energy healing techniques where appropriate. Services currently include the Chakra Balance Healing Series, Physical Wellbeing and Animal Wellbeing sessions.

Complementary Wellbeing Practice
Pranic Energy Healing is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical or veterinary diagnosis, advice or treatment. Chakra Balance does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications or recommend that medical or veterinary treatment be discontinued or altered.

If you have concerns about your health or the health of an animal in your care, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare or veterinary professional.

Remote Sessions
All Chakra Balance sessions are currently provided remotely. By purchasing a session, you acknowledge that the service will be delivered through distance energy healing and does not require the practitioner and recipient to be physically present in the same location.

Individual Experiences
Experiences of energy healing vary between individuals and animals. Chakra Balance does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional or wellbeing outcome from a session or series of sessions.

Chakra Balance Healing Series
The Chakra Balance Healing Series consists of four sessions intended to be completed as a series. Details regarding scheduling will be arranged following purchase.

Animal Wellbeing
The person purchasing an Animal Wellbeing session confirms that they are the animal’s owner or are authorised to arrange complementary wellbeing services on the animal’s behalf.

Gift Cards
Chakra Balance gift cards are delivered electronically and may be redeemed toward eligible services available through our online store. Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase and may be used over multiple purchases until the available balance has been redeemed.

Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy displayed during checkout.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
